I hired Terrain to design hardscape and landscape for a front yard remodel. The project was detailed and involved coordinating with house architect and construction crew. Having been through a couple of ‘landscape’ projects in the past, that went relatively well, I was extremely pleased with Terrain! I initially met with Nathan, who listened to my ideas and what I wanted, and then got back to me with a quote when he said he would. I later met Lance. The entire project went smoothly and exactly on the timeline they initially communicated to me. There were no ‘surprises’ and they kept to their word, doing exactly what they said they would do and delivered a beautiful new drought tolerant yard to me!! Both Nathan and Lance are very professional and pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable and creative and diligent in ensuring that the client is more than satisfied with the end product. Whenever I had questions, whether I called or emailed, they were always prompt to get back with me. Additionally, they follow-up to ensure that the plants are doing ok and I was told that if any plants die within the first few months, they will replace them. So far, Lance has already come by at least once to check on my yard and did some watering and all the plants are looking healthy at this time. I actually have a couple more ideas for the yard now that I want to discuss with them. They work together great as a team and are very involved, doing much of the work themselves versus using sub-contractors, which helps ensure everything is done up to their expectations! Even though the yard looks great now, even though the plants are new and small, I can’t wait to see it in 6 months, as I’m sure it will be even more beautiful! My neighbors all seem to like it too. Needless to say, I highly recommend their services!! Call them and have fun creating your new outdoor oasis!!
